【重要】システム総点検のお知らせ

川西ジャーナルのメールシステム、及びお問い合わせシステムに不具合が発生しておりました。一旦は解消したものと見られていましたが、引き続き不具合が発生していることを確認致しました。これを受け、川西ジャーナルではメール(Outlook)とお問い合わせシステム(formrun)、ホームページのシステムの総点検を実施致します。

※独自のメールシステム(Gmail)を導入しております防災センターでは、これまでに不具合が確認されていません。また、今回の点検では対象外となります。

5月11日午前7時から開始し、復旧次第終了

関係各所と調整中

点検期間中に受信したメール等はすべて点検後に確認します。

既に受信しているはずのメールは、未受信のままになっている可能性があります。

ほとんどのメールには、こちらからその旨のご案内とお詫びを実施します。

ただいま対象メールを精査しておりますので、今しばらくお待ちください。

現在分かっているのは以下の条件に当てはまるメールです。なお、その他メールも受信できていない可能性があります。

・弊団体のOutlookメールアドレス宛に送信されたメール

・弊団体開設のフォームに送信された情報

・次の期間に送信されたメール(2021年3月〜5月頃)

・弊団体からの返信がないメール

There was a problem with the Kawanishi Journal mail system and inquiry system. It was once thought to have been resolved, but we have confirmed that the problem continues to occur. In response to this, Kawanishi Journal will carry out a comprehensive inspection of the email (Outlook), inquiry system (formrun), and homepage system.

 We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 * No problems have been confirmed so far at the disaster prevention center, which has introduced its own mail system (Gmail). In addition, it will not be covered by this inspection.

 Starts at 7:00 am on May 11th and ends as soon as it is restored

 All emails received during the inspection period will be checked after the inspection.

 4. Correspondence to unreceived mail

 Emails that you should have already received may remain unreceived.

 For most emails, we will inform you and apologize to that effect.

 We are currently scrutinizing the target emails, so please wait for a while.

 ★ About unreceived emails ★

 Currently, we know emails that meet the following conditions. In addition, it is possible that you have not received other emails.

 ・ Email sent to our Outlook email address

 ・ Information sent to the form for opening our organization

 ・ Email sent during the next period (March-May 2021)

 ・ Email without reply from our organization
